The new millennium has seen a worldwide revolution in the way photographers capture pictures.
Lip Seng has embraced these changes with enthusiasm, initially by experimenting with the processing and manipulation of digitally-scanned film-versions of his works, and then later by adopting digital photography and digital image manipulation completely in his work.
Even so, the heart of his photography remained in capturing the fleeting moments of light and shadow that have remained the hallmark of his photographic creativity.
