Usually, I would regards the white reflections of the building in the water as a distraction.  But in this case, I think the white pattern is rather unique. I would accept them as part of the design of the image. Moreover, the actions of the trainees are sufficiently strong to have good visual impact. The perfect lighting condition in the morning further enhanced the image.
