Though selling pocket tissue may not have regarded as begging, I think is another way of getting paid with one&#8217;s mercy. I was surprised to heard over the radio that  a monthly income of a beggar is as much as ten thousands dollars MYR in Malaysia. after deducting the fee that paid to the syndicates. I am astonishing to know that they are  foreigners  residing in the country.
