I captured this image at <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Hoan_Kiem_Lake\">Hoan Kiem Lake<\/a>, Hanoi, North Vietnam. Actually, fishing at this location is prohibited. I witnessed when a security guard appeared a minute later this man had to hide himself without getting caught.
