Walking The Dog Along Saint Andrews Beach
The light got gradually warmer as the sun began to set over the coast of Saint Andrews, Scotland, UK. We spotted several people strolling on the beach and started snapping away. This couple walking their dog made the most interesting combination of action and composition. It certainly was tricky timing their actions with the ever-changing lines and patterns caused by the incoming waves. This shot was one of the final ones that I was happy with 🙂
Talk About A Good Catch
We spent the first night on our journey along the Great Ocean Road at Apollo Bay. After checking into our motel, we made a short drive along the beach and stopped over at this lookout. There were quite a few people fishing along the coast. This particular angler was quite successful in getting a good haul of catches. I was actually surprised how easy the fishing seemed for him despite the strong waves. Two passers-by stopped for a friendly chat with him. He proudly obliged 🙂
