Apologies for the lack of updates — I have had a busy month at work for the first three weeks of November before I made my way to Birmingham, UK, in the last week for a work-related training course. The trip to Birmingham was a short one but I managed to squeeze in some photography when I arrived (before starting my course) and just before I left (after my course). Despite the recent extreme wet weather, I was lucky to encounter some blue skies and sunshine on the days I brought my camera out. This picture was taken at the well-known Bullring area in Birmingham after a rain shower. The last time I was here was two years ago, when I took this picture.

From my trip to Durdle Door on the Dorset Coast of the UK… I am missing the outdoor landscape opportunities that I enjoyed during my one year in London! 🙁

Another view of Durdle Door on the Dorset coast, this time from a higher viewpoint. I like in particular, the two tiny figures at the bottom right which gave a good sense of scale to the whole scene.
