诗情画意 （picture charm and poetic grace）

Such phenomenon only appears when there is a hazy environment. The recent haze from Indonesia created an ambient impact for the landscape. The sun rises high up in the sky and yet is not that glare. The impact is like applying a neutral density on the camera lens. 诗情画意 （picture charm and poetic grace） was my perception when I admired the phenomenon at the Upper Peirce Reservoir on 10 10 2023.
