A Spectacular Moment

In capturing a landscape image, the most important factor depends on the existing light. Another striking factor is the pattern and colour of cloud formation. On 04 02 2023 at the Upper Peirce Reservoir, my perception was focused on these two factors. The difference contrast of the warm and cold colour in the sky attracted me at the right moment. I was satisfied with the amazing nature phenomenon. Finally, I decided to include the greenery as the foreground of the image to break the monotonous effect of darker area.

Jogging At Dawn

A jogging look simple and straight forward in the early dawn. The exercise that is only could practice when the weather is fine. I was with my son, Dr. Tan Eng Kien, at the Upper Peirce Reservoir on 21 12 2021 for the morning session. My perception was on the pleasing arrangement of lights and the leading lines converging into the frame. The pleasing composition was just perfect for me to capture an eye-catching image from my vantage angle. The serenity of the environment of landscape enhanced the image further. Most importantly, to capture an image of EK at the decisive moment is utmost essential for the image.
