To me, observing an ever changing cloud formation in the sky before sunrise is really an enjoyment. The pattern of the cloud and the colour of the sky ae always spectacular. The concept of turning my perception into a permanent image follows immediately. I had another exciting experience this morning at the Upper Peirce Reservoir.
The visual impact of vibrant colour of a night scene is always strong especially capturing during the twilight zone. Besides colourful lighting of the building and the environment, the lighted boats in the river certainly enhanced the image to a great extent.
I captured this image at the Solo market, Indonesia, in 2013. The perception of items in good order and the lighting oriented me to capture the image. The difference in white balance of the two areas actually created good colour contrast for the whole image. Most importantly, precisely freezing the action of the stall owner enhanced the image further.
