I was attracted by the local favour of Vietnamese attire during my visit to the old town of Hoi An, Vietnam in July 2018. To me, they are the unique icons of Vietnam. I was fortunate to capture the right moment when I arrived at the location. To me, it is important to have a good story content besides achieving the aesthetic value of the image.
To capture the best image for a professional is the utmost important of his practice. As shown here, to lay flat to shoot the image most probably is a vantage angle for David Yap, the master photographer. I captured this image at Quanzhou, Fujian, China in October 2017.
Cuttlefish is delicious seafood to consume. Seem here at Nan’Ao, Shantou, China, drying cuttlefish while sunshine is one of the daily tasks for the fisherman. Selecting a vantage angle to capture this image is my choice of simplified the composition.
