The misty morning at the Upper Peirce Reservoir on 26 04 2022 provided me with an opportunity of capturing an image enriched with poetic mood. The appropriate separation of layers is utterly important for the image with greater depth and visual impact. I think you need to have a good knowledge of Chinese Painting in order to appreciate this monochromatic image.
I love the mood of misty morning. I think is the weather condition that allow me to capture an image with good visual impact. The breakthrough of sunlight and gave the warmer colour touch on the water apparently provided good colour contrast for the whole image. A pre-selected view from a vantage angle in order to have perfect layers separation is utterly important in capturing the image.
From my window at home, I was attracted by the colourful bird busy actively building the nest on the red wax palm. To capture the decisive moment is utterly important in order to achieve a greater visual impact. Besides that, I like the crisscross pattern of the leaves enhanced the composition of the image (04 25 2022).
