When The Train Meets Each Other

You may comment that I am a faithful admirer of the striking reflection in the water. On 13 May 2021, I was impressed with the amazing reflection of cloud in the water at Lower Seletar Reservoir. To boost up the interest and the visual impact of the image further, I waited for the two trains to meet up on the track. The idea in my mind was to capture an outstanding landscape image from a different perspective.

Stretching All The Way

Tighter restrictions to curb spike in Covid-19 case were introduced on May 16. It is quite obvious that people exercise in the public park also reduced in number. On May 26 morning, I witnessed lesser people exercised at the Lower Seletar Reservoir. But I was attracted by a lady having her morning session. Viewing from my vantage low angle, I utilized the curve edge of a pool of water to compose the image. Clicking the shutter only when the right moment of the reflection came into my view point. To me, such a perspective is my approach to capture an image with greater visual impact.

Climbing Chameleon

Came across a chameleon climbing on the tree trunk while I was having my photographic session at the Lower Seletar Reservoir (02 06 2021). I was also attracted by the texture and colour of the tree trunk when I spotted the lizard. The brilliant morning lighting gave a sparking touch on the subject. The next thing I had in mind was using the out of focus green background in the distance. A very simple approach to capture the colourful image of a nature subject.
