I love the calmness of twilight. With a vantage angle, the image of spectacular landscape could be captured.
Viewing such a scene always give me the best relaxation mentally. Photographically, proper selection of the foreground coupled with the rest of the colourful elements are important features for me to capture the decisive moment. I just love the tranquillity and colour of the landscape. This is an image that I captured on 01 11 2020 at the Upper Seletar Reservoir.
To me, the number of damselfly in the Lower Seletar Reservoir is much lesser compare to dragonfly. I still remembered I had captured numerous images of damselflies (one of my favorite subjects) in the Botanic Gardens when I was using analogue format years ago. I managed to capture this image on 29 11 2020 at the Lower Seletar Reservoir. I obviously love the suing colour of the whole image that merged well with damselflies.
The ripples with the touch of rising sun is a gorgeous colour sight attracted me to capture this image. The icon of Lower Seletar Reservoir reflection in the water futher added interest to the whole image. Undoubtedly, I enjoyed another morning photographic session on 17 01 2021.
