Utilising various lines in the image to illustrate the force of action is one of my favourite application. In this image that I captured at the Great Ocean Road, Victoria, Australia in 2016 is no exception. I love the combination of different saturated colour too. To freeze the different approaching waves at the right position in the image is definitely my challenge in capturing a decisive moment.
Staying Charlotte Street, Bath, UK,in March, gave me an opportunity of exploring Victoria Bridge area. Strolling down to the location, I managed to capture three water birds cruising down the River Avon. The lovely reflection of the clear water of River Avon obviously added interest to this image. I love the short spell of the brilliant morning light that brightened the subjects.
The shore of Sennen Cove ,Cornwall, UK, is the most westerly surf hotspot. The beach is also one of the UK’s most breathtaking locations. In March during my visit, this popular spot in Cornwall,UK, was deserted. Most probably was due to the cold weather condition. Imagine who else will surf at this beach when the waves was thrown up sky-high. Such a condition is ideal for me to capture another image of gigantic waves, though I had to shoot the image in the middle of the wind going at 50 mph.
