Tulipmania 2019 of the Gardens By The Bay is just over. It is my annual visit to shoot the flora. This image of NSSS Tulipa that I captured, I deliberately used the bokeh effect to single out the flora in the foreground. This is one of the common technique that I frequently use to capture the main flora in focus.
To me, after a heavy shower is also the right time to visit the pond. The colour of the water is totally different. This shot of mine is a study of colour, contrast and composition after the rain. The beauty of a pond does not limited to flowers only. This is another image that I captured at the Ang Mo Kio Town Council Gardens West recently.
Not one but two was my intention of capturing this image. With the setting of the continuous drive of 10 fps, I managed to capture a series of images showing the movement of dragonflies. Share with you one of the images that I like best.
