The wonder of nature for landscape photography is endless to me. I enjoyed witness the changes of colour and pattern of the sky. Being able to capture an eye-catching image at the right place and right on time is a greatest satisfaction in practising photography as my passion.
The phenomenon that I witnessed at the Upper Peirce Reservoir on 08 12 2022 is no exception.
Only an early bird like me has a chance of enjoying the amazing changes of the sky at dawn. My satisfaction is always on viewing the interesting formation of the clouds. On 02 12 2022 at Upper Peirce Reservoir, I had an opportunity of capturing an image of the spectacular sky. A phenomenon that was perfect for an eye-catching image. I think your imagination and interpretation of shapes of the clouds is as good as mine.
In capturing a landscape image, the most important factor depends on the existing light. Another striking factor is the pattern and colour of cloud formation. On 04 02 2023 at the Upper Peirce Reservoir, my perception was focused on these two factors. The difference contrast of the warm and cold colour in the sky attracted me at the right moment. I was satisfied with the amazing nature phenomenon. Finally, I decided to include the greenery as the foreground of the image to break the monotonous effect of darker area.
