I spotted the beauty of lighted curve combined with the highly lighted patch of the reflections at the Upper Peirce Reservoir on 25 02 2022. Without further ado, I decided to capture the vibrant image of the Reservoir. Though the colour of the water was subdued in colour, I love the lighted area of the location. I deliberately included the silhouette of the trees as framing of the image in order to have good feeling of depth.
I am always glaze in awe when I encounter such an amazing sky. On 26 01 2022, I had another chance of enjoying such a phenomenon at Upper Peirce Reservoir. The everchanging colour and formation of the clouds in the sky created a strong visual impact image for me to capture.
I am glad that I have added another vibrant colour image of the local landscape in my collection.
An over grown tree at Shipaotai Park, Shantou, China, attracted me in capturing this image. I simply like the texture and composition from my vantage angle. To a layman, it is just an image of overgrown tree. For me, it is interesting to note the wonder of nature in our human environment. Perception for the detail in the environment from my viewpoint is one of the capability that I have developed in practising photography as my passion.
