Recognise a building structure with its outstanding pattern and design are the prerequisite of a good image in architecture photography. On top of these stated features, colour and lighting condition certainly is another important factor that contributed to a striking image. My perception of the location finally oriented me to capture this image while I was visiting Birmingham in 2015.
The atmosphere of the early morning in the village is always a strong favourable condition for capturing a striking image. This image that I captured in Lombok is no exception. Fortunate to have the villager coming into the frame to complete the story of the image. Shooting against the lighting condition to achieve the maximum visual impact of the image is the usual approach in capturing the image.
A healthy life is essential to keep fit especially during the pandemic of Covid 19. I think you couldn’t ask for a better environment other than the beautiful Lower Seletar Reservoir.
The tranquillity of the fine weather is definitely a bonus for such a session. My perception of this setting triggered me without further hesitation to capture another image with greater visual impact.
