The perception of capturing the image was on the pattern and textures of the waves. The morning light was a booster for the vibrant colour image. The curves formed by the waves and the water were strong enough to provide a perfect visual impact. I captured this image at the Whitely Bay, Tynemouth, UK in 2019.
My perception of capturing this image is more on the pattern and colour of the reflection of the waves. Including the pattern of railing reflection in black enhanced the interest of the image to a certain extent. Capturing such image in a split of second depends very much on the vantage angle at the right place at the right time. An image that I captured on 23 June 2021 at the Lower Seletar Reservoir.
I have been to Lower Seletar Reservoir frequently in the past two years, this was the first time I encountered someone enjoying coffee at the edge of the reservoir. It was a fine day on 02 02 2022, may be was a special day to celebrate at this pleasing environment. At a open environment filled with fresh air early in the morning, definitely was a safer location without the risk of Covid-19 infection.
