The night scene of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia is gorgeous. I had ample time to explore the beauty in the evening of this vibrant city in last December 2018. I captured this colourful night scene by the side of the Princes Bridge. The fine weather in the evening allowed me to have a saturated blue sky to enhance the image.
Rowing yacht on the Yarrow River, Melbourne, especially is a training session must be an enjoyable experience. A vantage angle above the river at the Webb Bridge definitely is a best angle I could have to capture this colourful image in a late afternoon.
I have been capturing the image of the dried tree at the Upper Peirce Reservoir from a high angle. On 02 Aug 2021, I decided to change the angle nearer to the edge of water. After a short walk along a narrow path, finally reached the dried tree . I was just in time for a brilliant sunrise. Changing my perspective, allowed me to capture another stanning landscape image of the reservoir. Shooting against the light and have a good composition for this image is the prerequisite of enhancing the visual impact. I am very pleased to have the double stray light effect of the rising sun. You may not realise is this one of the striking landscapes of our local reservoirs.
