Precision In Landing

For this image of dragonfly, I decided to capture the dragonfly in flight. With the setting of continuous shooting of 10 fps, I was able to capture this image precisely. Most importantly, the anticipation of the movement and the accuracy of pressing the shutter are still required to freeze the flight at a spit of a second. It is another challenge that a photographer could achieve in capturing an outstanding image. An image that I captured at the Lower Seletar Reservoir on 18 November 2020 morning.

Morning Capture

It was another rewarding morning for me at the Lower Seletar Reservoir. When I searched around along the edge of water area, I captured this interesting image of the nature world. I was fortunate to have the brilliant morning light and the clean backdrop for this close up. To me, it is an interesting sight for this wonderful world of nature. Able to capture the decisive moment is a challenge for me.

Brewing Thunder Storm Over The Reservoir

I captured another spectacular landscape image at the Lower Seletar Reservoir this morning. This time is the amazing sky before the heavy downpour over our reservoir. Finally the thunder storm happened at 7:00am as predicted by the weather forecast. As I ever mentioned, never put away your camera even the weather is bad. You would never expect what nature will paint for you. Though only a few images were captured this morning, it is one of my satisfy morning sessions at our reservoir.
