On arriving at Ida Shau, Sun Moon Lake, I captured this gorgeous image from the pier near by. To me, the combination of the colour is just right for a lovely image. The morning light enhanced the visual impact further.

As expected, the difference of the white balance of the tungsten light and natural light would give me a good colour contrast for a colourful image. Without further hesitation, I mounted my camera on the tripod to capture this beautiful view of Sun Moon Lake from the balcony of my room at the De Lago Hotel.

Sun Moon Lake is lovely calm in the morning. Not until the water shuttle service started later of the day to stir the water. I particularly like to capture this image from the back of my boat. The waves created by the motor are very different especially against the setting sun. We have just entered 2013. I wish all my friends a happy and prosperous 2013!
