I have not been to Yeliu, Taiwan, for more than 30 years. My recent visit proved that the scenery is still very picturesque. I like the gigantic waves that strike onto the rock to create a strong visual impact.

When you are in Sun Moon Lake, you could take a water shuttle from Shuishe to Ida Shao. The journey is short and enjoyable. As seen here, this image of the cruise was captured from the balcony of my room at De Lago Hotel, Sun Moon Lake. The water of the lake was calm and the ripples created were really beautiful.

Five years has lapsed since my last trip to this awe-inspiring sight. Recently, I finally made another trip with Eng Kien and my wife. This time we decided to stay in De Lago Hotel with a room facing the lake. To capture the gorgeous landscape early at dawn was just at the doorstep of the hotel. I think the beauty of scene could only describe by a poet. For me, I am quite satisfied with what I have captured besides enjoying the serenity mood of the lake.
