Strolling along the Harbour Esplanade of Melbourne, Docklands, Victoria, Australia, I was attracted by the unique buildings of the area. I think the modern buildings of this vibrant city are attractive due to their character. I was fortunate to have a blue sky as a backdrop of this architecture photography.
The little note on the brick wall stated “the land of sunshines” attracted me besides the colourful garbage bins. The brick wall added interest to this colour image of a street scene of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Right opposite the hotel that I was staying in Melbourne is the beautiful Flagstaff Gardens. Though is summertime, the blooming tree in the gardens beautifully lit by the afternoon light attracted me to capture this image. I deliberately distorted the image with a wide-angle lens to emphasize the magnitude of a tree with the blooming flowers.
