I recognize the good image combination of elements from my vantage angle. I decided to proceed with a bold approach to capture this image. To me, a slightly high contrast of the water reflection just matched well with the surrounding. The colour and image of the dragonfly just further added interest to the whole image. This is another image that I captured during my visit to the pond of the former residence of CiHong, Shantou, China, in 2019.
Attracted by the spectacular cloud formation while I was in Xiamen, Fujiang, China last November, I captured this landscape image. I deliberately use the skylines of Xiamen in silhouette as a base of the image. Emphasize the beautiful sky as the main interest of the image. I love the image.
Xiamen, Fujiang,China has 264 documented species of bird, I came across this one while I was visiting Nanputuo Temple in last November. I am yet to identify this species. Nevertheless, I love the movement of the bird. Most importantly, the lighting, ripples and the reflections formed an interesting composition for the image.
