What caught my eye is the good contrast of the location while I was touring Nanputuo Temple, Xiamen, Fujiang, China in last November. I think the slight touch of pollution of oil on the water area added colour to the almost monochromatic appearance of the whole image.
Egret being the bird of the city of Xiamen, Fujiang, China, is common to see them in flight. To capture them in flight in a good formation is a challenge to me especially under the dim light condition of an overhead bridge. I am pleased with the end result of this image that I captured in last November in the city. I think your eyes are sharp enough to see one of the egrets is already caught a fish in the mouth.
For images of construction work, I always look for lighting, lines and colour. Finally, the composition is the deciding factor for a good image. Most importantly, capturing the decisive moment is still the most challenging skill in practice. I captured this image while I was in the center of Xiamen, Fujian, China in Last November.
