This seems to be in the mind of the security personnel. It is interesting to note that the popularity of mobile in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, is everywhere.
Daily life of children in a village of North Vietnam can be simple. The children enjoy their food and I phone at the same time. That clearly shows the high tech has definitely invaded the village. To me, is an interesting image that I captured during my visit in May 2018.
