When the rising sun is too bright, searching a vantage angle to capture light and shadow is always my perception of an eye-catching image. On 08 08 2021 at the Lower Seletar Reservoir, I managed to have a perspective making use my concept for a stunning landscape image. The rising sun shining through the trees created spectacular rays is a bonus for me for this breath taking image.
The maintenance crew of the Upper Peirce Reservoir are the hard working people to begin their daily work even before 7:00 am. Their activity gave me the opportunity of capturing an image that I had in mind. In anticipating their direction of moment is a prerequisite of an interesting image. Including the silhouette trees on the right side as framing, is one way of creating sufficient depth for the image. The warm lighting from the rising sun further enhanced the image to a great extent
Pattern and colour of nature environment could be very eye-catching when your perception is on them. 0n 29 03 2023, the setting at the Bishan Park attracted me to capture the image. Simplicity is always my key word in capturing an image with strong visual impact.
