Strolling along the connect at the Sengkang Riverside Park on 14 05 2022, OO was attracted by the lighted patch under the bridge. On top of that, the dominant curve and lines was also my perception of capturing the image. To me, an ordinary corner in our daily life, could be just an attractive subject for photography when the lighting is perfect. That is one of my principles in practicing photography as a creative art.
To capture an image in your mind, familiar the environment and know the happening are the important factors. I am aware of the maintaining boat will appear at my vantage angle on certain time early in the morning. I was all set and anticipate the decisive moment to capture an image with a strong visual impact. Such a satisfactory moment happened at the Sengkang Riverside Park on 18 05 2022 around 7:00 am.
A patch of the warmth colour with strong pattern of the green tower of the church in the reflection was my perception at the Punggol Park on 04 23 2022. From my vantage angle, I utilized a branch of plant to combine with the reflection. This is my approach of capturing an image with the touch of simplicity.
