Dengue Fever cases in Singapore has increased recently. Controlling the breeding of the mosquitoes is always the method of prevention. As seen here, the workers have started the fogging of the environment even before sunrise. This practice at the Lower Seletar Reservoir is a daily affair. I captured this image at the Reservoir on 13 01 2021.
My observation, dragonfly usually perches on a leaf. For this one, I captured the image of the dragonfly perching on a colourful flower branch. I like the colour of the branch that matched well with the lighted wings of the dragonfly. The out of focus backdrop added colour and enhanced to the image. This is another colourful image that I captured at the Lower Seletar Reservoir on 20 Nov 2020.
On the 24 Jan 2021 dawn, I was embraced once again by the amazing landscape of the Lower Seletar Reservoir. To start my day with such a scenery is very refreshing! The mood, the vibrant colours of whole image is really spectacular. I like the glow of warm colour near the horizon before the sunrise added a perfect colour contrast for the image.
