On 04 03 2024 at the Lower Seletar Reservoir, I noted the pattern on the water created by the fogging boat is very remarkable. I was fortunate to be at the vantage angle to capture the amazing pattern. Apparently, the smoke from the fogging machine further boost up the visual impact of the image.
I used Photoshop to create the zoom effect that I had in mind. Placing the main subject in the center of the frame is intentional. This is one way of breaking the rule of composition and yet still maintain the visual impact of the image.
The abstract image depends on your individual perception. I like the result of the image captured at Jewel, Changi Airport in 2022. The visual impact of the gorgeous image is satisfactory.
