Recently, showing my friends from Jakarta, the pride of our gardens ended up with more images from the Ang Mo Kio West Gardens. To me, the beauty of dried lotus leaves is endless. I like the back lit condition of this setting. I was fortunate to have the touch of Colourful dragonfly on the lower leaf.
Once again, I spotted the lines, the light and shades, the forms of the boats. Most importantly, the blue added the touch of colour and created a strong visual impact.

By now, thousands of fireworks display of our national celebration have been captured. This is an image that I captured on 18 July of the fireworks display.
