Capturing a good landscape image depends on your perception, perspective and concept.
Most importantly, weather condition has to be ideal for capturing the image.
I had many occasions of such combination for an eye -catching image. On 02 02 2022 at the Lower Seletar Reservoir, I had another opportunity of putting my skill into practice. Utilising a proper framing of greenery from my vantage angle, the vibrant landscape image was thus captured.
My perception of wate reflection is always falls on the colour and its pattern. During my visit to Birmingham city in 2015, I came across the phenomenon along the canal. Capturing the stunning scene of the reflection was an image that I had in mind.
The path leading to St. Mary Lighthouse, an icon of Tynemouth, UK, is also a jogging path for morning exercise. I was back again in September to judge the 40th NCPF International Salon. For this visit, not only I captured the image of this icon in digital format (posted in this web side, “Dawn AT St. Mary Lighthouse” October 28 2019). During my second visit, at the same location, I was also fortunate to have a jogger in red coming into the frame as the main subject. The soft effect of morning light certainly enhanced the vibrant image to a great extent.
