On 08 01 2022 at the Lower Seletar Reservoir, the weather was just right for me to capture an eye-catching image.
The view from my vantage angle was unusual spectacular.
The decisive moment in a split of a second was a stunning view that I came across.
The colour and pattern of the clouds formation was amazing for a moment.
Once again, I enjoyed the phenomenon of the lovely landscape.
A colour transparency that I captured in 1996 while I was in UK. I was not satisfied with the quality of the final result. I scanned the trans into digital format recently. I was able to improve the high light of the main subject. The visual impact of the final result shown here is much stronger.
When capturing the image, my perception was on the outstanding pattern of the plant . If nature photography is your cup of tea, the opportunity of capturing an outstanding image at Cloud Forest , Gardens by the bay is endless. This was one of the images that I had an intention of applying the post-processing technique. The end result was striking with the application. (29 01 2023)
