Light From Heaven

A second visit to the Warkworth Hermitage, UK, after a lapse of 23 years, gave me a fresh perception for a new image. I was attracted by the light and shadow environment of the exterior area of the Hermitage. I decided to shoot the image against the light with a wide-angle lens. Lens flare usually will appear due to my vantage angle. The appearance is an unusual impact on the image. Hence, I captured this image with an unusual end result. I love it!
To judge the 40th NCPF International Salon gave me an opportunity to stay at Whitley Bay, UK. The seafront is just within a stone’s throw from my hotel. Such a location gave me a rare chance of enjoying the sea breeze and sunrise every morning. The gorgeous colour of the tide at the beach is what I enjoy most. I really love the brilliant colour and curves formed by the waves at this lovely beach.
A gorgeous reflection from a building in the city of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, UK, caught my eye. Searching reflections from the highly gross surface is one of my choices of subject for photography. This one shown here is no exception. I love the pattern and colour of the whole setting.
