Perfect Weather for Fogging

On 23 10 2023 at the Lower Seletar Reservoir, I was fortunate to have the perfect setting for an eye-catching image. The fogging team of the dengue fever control just at the high lighted location for me to capture a remarkable image. From my vantage angle, it was ideal to capture the image with maximum visual impact.
