The Effect Of T3

Our trip to Hong Kong in October was a wet one. The storm signal T3 has not weaken my ambition of photography. While my family busy shopping in the mall, I was fascinated with photography in the rain. The result shown here is one of my favourite images of photography in the rain. Is this another iconic post of a Hollywood Celebrity in Hong Kong?
