Flying Colours
My initial visits to the Singapore Flyer over the last two years have ended up more with silhouette and monochrome-type shots. Visiting the Flyer once again but this time near the twilight hours, I was able to get a more colourful shot. It helped that the skies were relatively cloud-free that day, allowing me to catch a nice blue sky to contrast with the observation wheel.
The Tallest Building In The World (for now…)
I visited Dubai recently after a work-related meeting in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates recently. Amidst news of the financial troubles Dubai is facing currently, we took in the sights of the amazing skyscrapers and construction within the city itself. This is a view of the Burj Dubai, which has surpassed the Taipei 101 as the tallest building in the world for now.
