Buttermere Colours
I was expecting to capture some autumnal colours when I visited the UK in late September. Even though we were too early for the autumn burst of colours, the colours we had during our visit to Buttermere was certainly breathtaking. Of course, the still waters of the lake on a windless morning helped a great deal in providing the ideal setting for a wonderful morning of photography.
Boats At Twilight At Windermere
My visit to Windermere this year saw some really good weather… Arriving in the late afternoon, we had a good walk along the lake. As twilight approached, the setting sun cast a golden glow on the boats in the area. I had some fun experimenting with some fresh angles for this particular shot, which is one of my favourites from that evening.
