A holiday snapshot taken during dinner at Nando’s at the London Wembley Designer’s Outlet… I bought a Canon Powershot G7X Mark II at a discount by trading in an old camera that my toddler broke as a toy. As a “serious” compact, the camera came in useful when I did not feel like lugging my heavy gear along to dinner. The image quality is certainly a lot better than if I had just relied on my iPhone alone.

From the sakura (Japanese cherry blossoms) display at the Gardens by the Bay in Singapore… From Wikipedia: “For the Japanese, sakura are richly symbolic.
