To me, a dramatic sky after the sunset is hard to come by. I was fortunate to capture the image from the window of the hotel room. It was amazing to see the brighten up sky with the lighting from the buildings. Once again, I captured this particular image with camera handheld. This is an image that I captured during my stay in Shantou, China.
Another image that I captured at Papuma, East Java, Indonesia. Such an action could happen anytime without any prior warning. The challenge is whether you are fast enough to react to capture. It was one of many activities at the beach that provide the opportunity of capturing images with great visual impact.
To me, the attraction of The Heart, Marina One, Singapore is strongly based on the beauty of lines and forms. Certainly, the building itself is a masterpiece of the architect. The planting of the trees within the compound obviously has taken the greenery of the environment into consideration. For architectural photography, I think the lighting effect is essential for the entire image. I captured this image from my vantage angle with the emphasis on the aesthetic value of the structure. I like the distortion of the building from the lower angle captured with a wide-angle lens that created a greater visual impact.
