Yellow Bittern On The Move

A visit to Garden By The Bay on 25 Dec 2021, I managed to capture an image of Male Yellow Bittern. The well-lit bird by the morning light had a very warm glow of colour.
The male bird usually has Blackish crown and upper tail-coverts, pale brownish mantle, yellowish-buff underparts with light streaks down fore neck and upper breast and blackish flight feathers that contrast sharply with pale buff wing coverts. Yellow Bittern is a common resident of grasslands and marshes near freshwater wetlands, well-vegetated ponds and mangroves.
