I always fascinated by the pleasing arrangement of the boats by the Camelot Water Sport Centre at the Lower Seletar Reservoir. From my vantage angle, I enjoy capturing a colourful landscape image with a good composition. The landscape image appears very simple. You may not realise that I waited for a while until the morning golden light touches on the motor boat. Such a moment only lasted for a couple of seconds. My perception oriented me to capture the image within a split of a second. Finally, it is an gorgeous image with good visual impact. (28 07 2021

Moon rise is one of my favourite subjects for Photography. Amazing moon rise is hard to come by. On 24 July 2021, I captured another moon rise from the window of the condo I am staying. The full moon just rising above the lighted flats in the foreground. The combination is just perfect for an image of a beautiful landscape. The perception and concept of capturing such an image all come into my mind within a split of a second.

I have been capturing the image of the dried tree at the Upper Peirce Reservoir from a high angle. On 02 Aug 2021, I decided to change the angle nearer to the edge of water. After a short walk along a narrow path, finally reached the dried tree . I was just in time for a brilliant sunrise. Changing my perspective, allowed me to capture another stanning landscape image of the reservoir. Shooting against the light and have a good composition for this image is the prerequisite of enhancing the visual impact. I am very pleased to have the double stray light effect of the rising sun. You may not realise is this one of the striking landscapes of our local reservoirs.
